FB Abs challenge Day 1 complete!

Hey all!

I havent been here much, work has been crazy and its been hard on me for a couple of months now. I just took almost a week off and Im making conscious efforts to return to healthier living. Yesterday I still felt guilty about having a day off but I had a nice veggie meal for dinner (and todays lunch) and Im ready to try out meal prepping strategy that some of you embraced. I will let you know how it goes.

Todays big achievement is a workout complete. It was day 1 of the Abs challenge, I chose the HIIT workout with Kelli and made it low impact, as I havent been exercising for some time. IT FELT SO GOOD! I made it adequately difficult for me, so that I could push myself but not to the edge. I missed that feeling, and you guys. I have a lot of work to do with managing my working time and finding some more time for self care.
