It was a welcome change from more intense HIIT and strength workouts. The only exercise that did not work for me was the seated hip abductions. For some reason, I didn't feel them at all in my glutes or anywhere else. 🤷🏼♀️ Anywhoo, it was a good workout and I felt great by the end. Also, loved the bloopers. 😉 It always makes my day when they add those.
Tomorrow my workout will be Tasha's new kickboxing routine. I'm looking forward to it!
