FB30 Round 1 & Perimenopause

Hi Folks...I just wanted to check in to see if there are any other women who are in perimenopause and have done FB30 Round 1? I have just finished my last session for this week and can't believe I am half way through! Just as a wee bit of background - I have a pretty healthy diet, teach yoga (not lacking in flexibility but strength) and walk the dog lots I have just been getting into strength training the last year. It has been amazing to combine it with yoga. I started with FB about a year ago and have done Low Impact R2 x 3 times and now on FB30. I would love to lose about half a stone but as of yet I haven't lost any weight BUT am definitely feeling stronger all over, which is brilliant. I am just wondering if higher intensity workouts create more of a stress response in our bodies and hence harder to lose weight at this stage in a women's development? Thanks Justine
