2 Week Abs Challenge β€” Day 11 - complete!

Today's low-impact pure strength training workout with Daniel was a perfect choice in the sweltering heat. The bored easily format helped too, even though supersets are usually the preferred format for pure strength training. Loved the Bent Over Butterflies - imagining oneself swimming in a cold pool of water helped temporarily beat the heat, lol! ;)

It's hard to believe that tomorrow is the last day of this Abs Challenge - a core+HIIT workout with Daniel (the least favorite workout of this Challenge b/c of the double HIIT w/ moves that need to be modified for injuries) and a favorite EC Pilates burnout with Kelli. It's sad the Abs Challenge is over so soon! :( It has been so much more fun and doable than imagined! :D

At this point, it seems FB Abs R2 or R1 might be worth purchasing, even though until this Abs Challenge, core workouts have usually been dreaded, haha. ;)

If anyone can share about the differences between this 2 Week Abs Challenge and FB Abs R1 or R2, it would be so helpful to hear about your experience and how the programs differ from each other - what you liked and didn't like about them. :)
