First i told her about my Ortho appt - i said i was like um i actually feel better than when i made the appt. but she said it was more about the consult and getting in as a patient.
did some more work out in the "workout room" - she had me doing sidesteps with the band and its obvious my right leg is weaker. and i got to use the step again! we're gonna start working toward more cardio and jumping type workouts yay!
i asked if i could use the band during workouts at home and she agreed! yay! still no hiit or weights for now- im seriously ok with low impact jumping jacks forever 😂 i swear i was tortured with them in a previous life!
