Hi guys, I could really use some cheering and advice. Ever since my baby arrived my eating has gone really bad. It’s been over a year of junk food, chocolate and any comfort food that is not healthy. I’m constantly tired, can barely bring myself to exercise and basically feel like crap 😕

Sorry, just don’t know what to do to get better... anyone been there and can help with a way out..? 🙏🏻 Thank you for reading this far.
