๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ Today was Upper Body: all about the "Chest & Triceps"

๐Ÿ”ต I have 10 lb & 20 lb, 30 lb & 50 lb resistance band handle.

๐Ÿ”ต I was able to use a "30 lb band handle ๐Ÿ˜€, since I was able to build up enough strength & endurance throughout the Mass program.

๐Ÿ”ฎ As you know, if you read my post, I rarely use dumbbells. However, for the "rotation chest press" excerise, I use a "5 lb dumbbell" and did the exercise on the stability ball.
