I completed Days 1 & 2 of LI RD 2! For some reason, it's been a lot harder to push myself through my workouts lately, even if they are only 30 minutes. I used to be able to power through pretty easily, but lately I've found myself checking the time and feeling bored throughout the workouts. Has anyone else experienced this? What do you do about it?
Anyways, I'm happy to have completed the first couple workouts of this program!
