My knees tend to act up!

Hi FB family! I was wondering if anyone has any tips or advice when it comes to aching knees? I tend to notice that my knees ache a little in between workouts (I DO love me a lot of jumping...) but they're not hurting bad, it's more annoying than anything . I used to run a lot and had no problem with it then, and I don't really wanna stop doing intense HIIT, so I am curious to hear from any of you if you have had the same kind of problem, or have some advice for me :)
