today i did a Plus 31 min Bored Easily lower body and core cardio workout - all low impact of course - but i still got a bit winded and felt it in my abs! had a good time!
i could def tell during some of the excercises that my right leg is not as strong. ok piriformis muscle time to give up 😂
and i still say its nice to have an excuse to do low impact jumping jacks 😂 i swear i was tortured with them in a previous life!
instead of the listed cool down i did daniels favorite lower back stretches for stiff sore muscles which were part of day 22 of reach.
