๐Ÿ”ต It contain (6 Exercises, 3 Groups) (3 Sets, 8 Reps)

1) Less weight, more reps (ex: 10 or 20 lb band handle, 15 reps)

2) More weight, less reps (ex: 30 lb band handle, 10 reps)
