FBfit round 2

I have been working out for 5 years now with fitness blender and in the last couple of months there is question that has been bothering me and I can't seem to find a answer for it on google.

In the last few months while working out there is great amount of exhaustion, sweating and burn but I have stopped to feel the after burn. I do not feel sore after workouts. So is that normal or I need to make any changes?
