My left wrist hurts

Hello! My left wrist keeps bothering me when I do positions like burpees, push ups or mountain bikes: basically everytime my hands are on the floor. I think it might be because I am overweight and it causes tension to my left wrist (not the right) but now it starts to even bother me when I just twist it. It doesn’t HURT that much but there is definitely tension. And It’s not swelled either. Even when I’m not working out it hurts a little when I shift it, nothing major. If I just get some rest for a couple of days or stop floor exercises then I’m good. I’m a righty, maybe my left side is not strong enough? Do you know which exercice I could to instead of push ups, mountain climbers and burpees until i get stronger so that it doesn’t hurt anymore? Thank you!!
