Hope everyone's Saturday is off to a good start. Today is the last day of the BE Challenge for me. It is the lower body PNF with Daniel. So some nice stretching to start the day.
It is going to be another hot one here today 108F/43C. So watering the gardens and the orchard is on the do to list this morning. Then trying to stay cool the rest of the day.
