Reach Day 20 + NSV!

so today was considered an "optional stretch" but as i had PT yesterday i did this instead of low impact cardio - it was Fluid Yoga stretches with Kelli.

i discovered i can do cobra(and after testing) i can lay on my stomach and right side without pillows or a blanket underneath! and childs pose i can lower my butt down to my feet! i always was able but of course with lately i was very tight and couldnt! idk when this happened but yay!

also i decided after i finish up Reach next week im going to do Complete again because i can make it my own and increase/decrease the intensity as i go!
