Stretches for Before and After Walks?

Hello Blender Peeps!

I was wondering for anyone who goes for walks or just has any information in general about walking: what kind of stretches/movement should I do before and after walking? I want to try to go for walks as much as possible (every morning if isn't too hot) to get more exercise in. Because of my joint pains (wrists, ankles, knees and elbows) walking is kind of difficult depending on the day and I get sore pretty easily now since I haven't done big workouts for over a year now. I do physical therapy exercises and stretches. Any ideas or suggestions?
