2 Week Abs Challenge β€” Day 5 - complete!

Since today's scheduled kickboxing wasn't doable due to injury, the challenging abs workouts with Daniel today were:

Was hoping to fit in a quick cardio workout at the end of the EC, besides usual daily walking, but ran out of time. Perhaps later this evening?

Tomorrow is an optional stretching routine with Daniel to cap off week 1 of the 2 Week Abs Challenge.

This first week was more fun and less difficult than anticipated, perhaps coming into after completing FB Fit R3 helped? There is more strength and less HIIT than anticipated (yes!) and the structure is different than other 4-week programs, which makes it interesting. It's certainly unexpected to find oneself actually looking forward to next week's Abs workouts instead of dreading them, lol! ;)

Not sure if the full 4-week FB Abs programs are similar to this challenge, but if so, they'd definitely be worth trying.
