Burned Out?

I've been following FB programs religiously since December no breaks and now I feel like I am crashing.... my motivation is quite low. I am sure this is probably normal, and it is ok to take a week off of the workouts but the guilt I feel for missing yesterday is terrible, and the feeling of wanting to skip today is not helpful. I'm sure that the guilt is just me but for some reason I need reassurance that a break is ok.....because it is, right? I still walk a lot no matter what and get at least 10,000 steps a day I just have a hard time convincing myself that sometimes that is enough.
