Week 1 complete

So that’s FB fit round 3 week 1 complete 😅 It’s been tough but very enjoyable and satisfying! Luckily I’ve had no more days where I want to vomit but it’s been hard and pretty brutal on my body! I am lifting heavier and there’s more cardio, which I’m actually enjoying, plus it’s longer workouts than I’m used to especially with the extra credits , so it’s likely no wonder! I am looking forward to 2 days rest now tho! I can feel my legs are gonna be sore tomorrow, and they’ve just recovered from Mon 🙈 and my arms are sore from yesterday!

Very chuffed with myself, as there was a couple of days where I thought I’ll just do it tomorrow, I’m so pleased I pushed on with it! Looking forward to next week…I think 😂

Anyone else doing fb fit round 3? What are your thoughts?
