A very sweaty workout complete

Hello FB Family!

Literally just finished filming a tough workout and wanted to come here and share the feel goods with you all šŸ¤—

I filmed a lower body strength workout with lower body cardio intervals. I kicked my butt! But this is the best part; once I got to the planned end of the routine, I felt so good that I actually added on a burnout round of weighted squats, deadlifts, and jump squats. I feel amazing now that it’s done.

If you’re thinking about doing your workout but on the fence, go for it! You’ll feel better for it. Also, high fives to everyone enjoying a rest day, those are just as important šŸ˜‰

Now that I’ve said the words ā€œworkout completeā€, the real work begins! I’m off to a day of editing - so thankful that I’ve got my workout done for the day.
