A very sweaty workout complete

Hello FB Family!

Literally just finished filming a tough workout and wanted to come here and share the feel goods with you all šŸ¤—

I filmed a lower body strength workout with lower body cardio intervals. I kicked my butt! But this is the best part; once I got to the planned end of the routine, I felt so good that I actually added on a burnout round of weighted squats, deadlifts, and jump squats. I feel amazing now that itā€™s done.

If youā€™re thinking about doing your workout but on the fence, go for it! Youā€™ll feel better for it. Also, high fives to everyone enjoying a rest day, those are just as important šŸ˜‰

Now that Iā€™ve said the words ā€œworkout completeā€, the real work begins! Iā€™m off to a day of editing - so thankful that Iā€™ve got my workout done for the day.
