What counts as a day off for you?

There wasn't a proper subtopic selection for this question, so I apologize is this is misleading.

I try to do 2 or 3 workouts with Fitness Blender per week, or more, sometimes, and go walking on other days, just to break it up, and I love walking. I've done this for years, but recently I changed jobs, and my new job keeps me literally on my feet and walking all day. Even on days I don't go walking before going to work, I'll put in anywhere from 6000 to (rarely) 10,000 steps at work alone. If I go walking before going to work, I'll easily top 10,000 steps.

I'm pretty sure that walking counts as a day off activity for a lot of you, but for me, it's another form of exercise. I used to walk/run, but now, due to arthritis, I can't run anymore.

So, How do I have a day off to give my body rest? I just can't sit all day. I hate to do that. Besides, there's house work and yard work to do, which are active days as well. Some days I just feel so worn out.
