2 Weeks Abs Challenge - Day 3 - complete!

Today the heat is back, so opted for the Pilates workout with Daniel, plus it has 5 more minutes of abs work, which is sorely needed! It's an enjoyable, yet challenging classic Pilates routine building up difficulty level as the workout progresses. Those 50 second leg pulses were killer!! ;) This one has been on the favorites list since first having done it earlier this year in Low Impact R2.

Did the short & sweet EC LB cardio + Pilates workout with Kelli - also a favorite, although it might have been a mistake considering that tomorrow is LB strength + Pilates - oops! Tomorrow will tell. ;)

And just for fun to add a short bout of cardio, did a 6 minute jump-rope cardio workout between the EC and the main workout's cool down, totally forgetting there is already HIIT scheduled tomorrow, lol! Hmm, perhaps all that dreaded HIIT in Fit last month got the body a little too used to expecting more HIIT/cardio, haha?! ;)

Overall, today was all favorite workouts which are fun, yet challenging enough for results without being too intense in the heat.
