Program suggestion for in between programs

I was thinking it might be nice to have a FB program to use between other FB programs. Sort of like a week or two of shorter/ gentler workouts,maybe 3-4x per week.

I've been using FB since 2015 and I usually just choose my own workout on any given day. I've bought several programs and but only completed 3 or 4 of them over the last few years. Every time I do one I love it, but then when it's over I want to take a little breather. The problem is that when I go from the programs daily scheduled workout back to choosing my own, I tend to get a little lazy. And then it takes a lot for me to work up the motivation again to do another program. Which is why I've only done 3-4 programs in 6 years 😆

For example, I'm about a week away from completing FB30. I'm really loving it and feeling good and I want to try another program after it. But it would be nice to have a one to two week interim program to do in between, so I don't burn out but still keep up the habit of doing a program.
