2 Week Abs Challenge - Day 2 - complete!

Today was a short, favorite UB strength routine with Kelli - what's not to love? After Fit R3, the 35 minute program felt soooo short, haha! It was good today's workout was shorter since the day got off to a late start - so no rushing to finish in time. :)

This workout was a little more shoulder-focused and hit all the UB muscles that weren't covered as well in Sunday's free-styling UB push-up/plank craziness, which is great!

Tomorrow's scheduled workout is a choice between Pilates LB+core and LB cardio+core. Both workouts are on the favorites list and neither has been done in at least 6 weeks. Both are in FB Complete and FB Low Impact R2. The Pilates one was done 3xs total - 1xs in FB Low Impact R2 in early Feb, and 2xs in FB Complete in late April and early May; the cardio one was done 2xs total - 1xs in FB Low Impact R2 in early March and 1xs in FB Complete in late May.

Hmm, which of the favorite workouts to choose?? Don't you love it when there are too many good choices and no "dreaded" ones?! :D

Well, the 2 Week Abs Challenge is less "dread" and more "yay" so far, we'll see how the rest of the week goes. ;)
