Ind. Workout - Kellys new Plus walking video- complete!

so beginning yesterday i noticed i really felt great and my leg/ankle didnt really hurt. i helped bf in the yard etc. ive cut out the meds a lot and didnt even take any in the afternoon yesterday and woke up with no pain this morning even after everything we did over July 4th weekend! 🤞🏻

so today i did Kellys new plus walking workout - all low impact, no weights, no bands. but i did squat when i could. my longest workout in 7 weeks! and yes i stretched after! even maybe got a tad sweaty?! woo felt good!

hopefully i feel this good after work today 😂
