I really have this question for the men in the group (and you, Daniel) if I could get some suggestions on how to convince my husband he should stretch after his work.
He delivers food to restaurants and in one night he could off load 1,200-1,300 cases (aka boxes) and go up and down a ramp a thousand times. He is always sore. I have gotten him to do a few yoga and stretches with me during my workouts but he says he is too sore and is (understandingly) tired.
When he had sciatic nerve pain, he used a video by Daniel- but won’t do it now.
I feel that he would feel better if he stretched, but he is 100% stubborn.
Suggestions of short videos would be great or legit (cited) reasons for stretches. I
