today was a lower body pilates workout with Daniel to "to tone butt and thighs" haha.. i appreciated the focus on the legs as my right leg continues to be a bit weak 🙄
also i did that low impact cardio yestetday -my ankle/leg didnt hurt more or less after or this morning. so yay!
