Hello FB community,
I stopped for a long time after giving birth in 2019.
In 2021 i started training again once or twice every week
For a month now i have been working out 30min at least everyday (1 rest day)
I eat healthy food and i have not lost one ounce (i weigh myself every monday)
Is it normal ?
No weight loss..
