Getting back into exercise after 2 year break

Hi :) I would really appreciate some help. I've been with fitness blender for years. But the last 2 years I've been very ill. I had 2 surgeries and was too ill to exercise.

I wanted to get back into fitness blender and get fit again but I'm not sure how. I get puffed just walking up the stairs, I'm very unfit at the moment.

I'm not sure if I should go for short walks everyday and then start fitness blender again, or start fitness blender now using easy low impact workouts. I would much rather get back into fitness blender straight away, but I'm not sure if it's the right thing to do. What do you guys think?
