So, today was upper body

🔵 Consist of "5 groups" of strength w/ cardio

(A) 1st Group: consist of different directions of flys

🔘 1st excerise: Split stance flys: I used band w/ handles

(10 lb to 20 lb) w/ 15 reps

🔘 2nd excerise: Pull Apart: I used flat heavy band w/ 12 reps

(B) 2nd Group: consist of shoulder exercises

🔘 1st excerise: I used band w/ handles

(10 lb to 20 lb) w/ 15 reps

🔘 2nd excerise: Lat Pull Down: I used heavy loop band w/ 12 reps

(C) 3rd Group: consist of bicep & tricep exercises

🔘 1st excerise: I did concentration curls on each side. I used band w handles ( 20 lb) w/ 15 reps

🔘 2nd excerise: I did tricep extensions: I used heavy loop band w/ 12 reps

(D) 4th Group: consist of shoulder exercises

🔘 1st excerise: I did uilateral ventral Raise. I used band w handles ( 10 lb) w/ 12 reps

🔘 2nd excerise: I did uilateral Rear Delt Standing Flys: I used band w handles ( 10 lb) w/ 12 reps

(D) 5th Group: consist of different types of push-ups

🔘 1st excerise: I use a stability ball to o push-ups (12 reps)

🔘 2nd excerise: The excerise consist of supine push-up. I'm not sure how to do that b/c I did not feel anything. So I do "Y raises" that worked the same muscle group
