so today i asked if i could do low impact cardio along with my stretching/yoga/pilates. she asked what kind of exercises i meant and i showed her the video from the other day-
she said this was fine as long as it doesnt bother my ankle, i dont use weights and i dont overdo it! so yay! 🎉 it felt so good to move that day!
i will continue with the Reach program because it especially feels good after PT. for now ill prob just add cardio videos in here and there.
ankle is continuing to mostly only bother me while driving, first thing in the morning and at night. piriformis muscle still wont relax grr and im continuing to focus on walking normal. also still slowly cutting down on meds.
someday ill be back to chest press with 30lbs in each hand! 💪🏻
