FB Sweat complete for the second time!

That’s 12 programs done since I started working out consistently with Fitness Blender in September 2019.

This one seemed to go by so fast even though I tend to take about 6 weeks to do a 4-week program. I think once you’ve made a habit out of working out, you don’t think about it as much, and it just becomes a part of your lifestyle.

At this point, it feels weird when I’m not working out for a couple of days.

Next up is FB Bodyweight Round 2 (I think it was called), and I’m excited to try my very first program with no weights. Am more focused on HIIT and cardio right now, and FB Sweat was perfect for that. Hope FB Bodyweight will be as well.

Maybe it’s in part because of the pandemic and social distancing, but I haven’t had a SINGLE sick day (knock on wood) since I started working out consistently with FB in September 2019, and I’m sure fitness has played a huge part in that as well.

Anyways, just wanted to check in, since it’s been a while 😊
