Hello FB Fam, I have been doing FB workouts for quite a few years and along with balanced diet I have reduced a lot and just few pounds away from my ideal weight. My concern is "jiggly" inner thighs, outer are firm now with regular weight training and using resistance bands. I also got a stationary bike recently, can you suggest how to use it like high resistance or alternate low and high or anything else. Please do share with me some tips which would help me achieve that.
