(A) Today was all about the core:
1) The 1st workout was a recover workout w/ abs
2) Extra Credit, was core exercises on the mat.
(B) I did the extra credit b/c it was shorter; plus, lower body workout yesterday was torture 😖
(C) Workout contain
1) Different types of exercises from the front, side, & back
(D) You can use equipment such as dumbbells & stability ball for extra burn💥
