Great butt workout(s)!

Ok. I’m kinda scared as to how sore my butt may be tomorrow.😬

This was my first time doing these routines and I really liked both of them! I forgot how sweaty Pilates can make you! 👍🏻

After the first routine, I thought I’d be cool to do the “plyo” versions of the routine, so I did:

10 jump squats

10 burpee kickout leg lifts (is that what they’re even called?)

10 (on each side) power curtsy lunges

10 single leg bridges (on each leg)

10 jumping lunges

Sometime, I want to do this video and then do the descending reps (10, 8, 6,) of these plyo moves. (Without the 20 min. Pilates video)

I really need to get some adjustable dumbbells though, because I wasted a lot of time on the first routine trying to fit my dumbbells in a backpack to increase the weight, then taking some out, putting them back in. (The struggle is real y’all!) 😂 It wasted a lot of time and I had to come back later and do the Pilates later because of it.🙄

Anyway, try this if you want a good glute burn! (I dare you!) hehehe
