This week is a freestyle deload week to recover after finishing FB Fit R3 last week. Today's freestyle LB + core workout was an old classic Pilates routine with Daniel which felt great and incredibly effective, despite the short 30 minute length. The 3/5 rating felt a little deceptive - the abs and legs were burning throughout the workout. The only thing missing was the phrase "go to your happy place" which didn't appear once during those brutal 40 rep pulses, lol! ;)
It was fun to try something from a decade ago with less familiar exercises, especially after having done mostly newer FB programs with newer workouts so far this year.
