If you followed my post, I did a little bit of yoga ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ, walking๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ, & ride my bike ๐Ÿšดโ€โ™€๏ธ & took a week off from, doing the Mass for 14 days. Needed a break.

๐Ÿ”ต Equipment: bench, chair, or something w/ good height

(A) So, today was upper body containing different types of push-ups; which, I do not like doing ๐Ÿ™„ LOL. So, to prepare I got a stability ball on Prime Day! So Daniel, bring it on, I'm ready๐Ÿ’ช.

๐Ÿ”ด Ah, no! I was not ready. My arms & shoulders were burning ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ˜“, whoo!

โšซ Other excerises include biceps ๐Ÿ’ช, triceps๐Ÿ’ช, & back (added 12 reps)

๐Ÿ”บ๏ธ band handle 10 lb & 20 lb

(Bl) Extra Credit was all about the shoulders, doing excerises in different directions containing

1) Lateral raises (added 12 reps)

2) Ventral Raises (added 12 reps)

๐Ÿ”บ๏ธ band handle 10 lb & 20 lb

๐Ÿ”ฎ I felt my muscles, I never felt before, doing the workout
