Ok, let's get our Monday started, shall we?

What's on the workout menu for today, Blenders? Or maybe it's more a rest day for you?

It's a (hopefully) workout day for me! It's Day Whatever-Can't-Remember of FB XT and it's a lower body strength training routine. Gonna try to squeeze that in later today!

And what about the food menu, Blendfriends? What's crossin' your plates today?

I haven't the faintest! Probably something with eggs and veggies!
