Reach Day 12 complete and update

so today was a low impact hiit cardio video - sort of felt like i was cheating on my stretching/yoga/pilates! so ty! ❤️

so i finally feel like maybe ive turned a corner with my sciatica! 🤞🏻 - i sit for a living so i know thats a mark against recovery even though im getting up every half hour.

yesterday we went to a big car meet. we had bought the tix long ago but covid had rescheduled it. i wasnt sure about my leg but the walking was fine neither my ankle, leg or piriformis muscle hurt until we sat down to eat (proves my point!) but.. im still limping for no reason unless i specifically think about walking normal! grr! bf the whole day - stop limping! 🤦‍♀️

also pcp gave me a bunch of meds in the beginning which was fine and refilling without question but im slowly cutting down on them because now i just feel like im taking too much because i also take daily maintenance meds for migraines.

so hopefully i recover enough so i dont have to go see Ortho on 07/12!
