Favourite Recovery Workouts?

Hi all! Hope you're well. ☀️

What are your favourite recovery day workouts, i.e. workouts that get you moving, but are not too hard on the body?

I took a rest day yesterday after a few days strength training and was looking forward to getting back to lifting today, but my lower back is feeling a bit sensitive for some reason. I'd like to move my body and hopefully loosen up my back, but a strenuous workout is not a good idea today.

Any recommendations? 😊
