Today is my one year anniversary working out with FB! Thanks to FB I’ve gotten into the best shape of my life. I love the feeling of being strong & healthy. I’ll be 53 in a few weeks and I can keep up with my twenty-something kids and go rock climbing with them! Looking forward to working out with you for another year. Thanks Fitness Blender!
