Hello FB family, I have this condition along with another one but wanted to see if anyone here suffers with IC as well and since exercise and certain foods can aggravate it I wonder how you deal with it and if exercise seems to aggravate it more . I feel like my deep love of citrus could be the reason for my flare up but wanted to see what others do for their IC flare ups and what they believe causes theirs.
