FB Fit R3 β€” Day 25 complete!

In the midst of the ever hotter "dog days of summer," today's active recovery Pilates and cardio workout with Kelli was a godsend! :) Not only is it a long-time favorite, but even using the higher cardio options it was gentle enough to prevent a total heatwave meltdown while still challenging enough to raise the HR into the cardio zone and feel like a good workout. The injury is feeling slightly aggravated after today's workout, and hopefully it won't be an issue in the final scheduled workout.

Tomorrow's weather is predicted to be even hotter and more humid by several degrees than this week so far. So, instead of doing the final FB Fit R3 workout, the 1000 calorie one tomorrow as scheduled, it might be better to do on Saturday when the heatwave is predicted to break and bring much, much cooler weather and storms. Since the usual weekend outdoor recreational activities aren't storm-friendly, it could be the best day to finish FB Fit R3 if things don't change.
