Non conventional workouts

Hey all, how are you doing?

Today I want to talk non conventional workouts, e.i. activities one does not automatically consider a workout but are physically demanding and require strength, agility and overall good physical condition.

Id like to share mine. In this picture Im sampling soils from community gardens (purposefully the original soil that was present before the raised beds). It felt really physically demanding especially during the 30 C + heat. This was yesterday. Today my upper body and core are ridiculuosly sore. Plus, I have more sampling to do today and tomorrow. Talk about going to a gym when you can just go soil sampling, right? :D
