Reach Day 9 - complete

today was Daniels favorite lower back stretches - always feels good to stretch the day after PT

so.. im getting pretty aggravated - im stuck in this inbetween - not as bad as the beginning but not progressing. my ankle still hurts and im still in this cycle of feeling great in the morning but melting down by the afternoon/evening despite yoga, pilates, stretching 500 times a day and PT - all of which i was told would help grr!

so PT suggested possibly seeing an Ortho just to make sure nothing else going on. so the minute i got home yesterday morning i contacted pcp who sent a referral and i left a message so now im just waiting for an appointment. because im over this now. idc about lifting weights - i just want to enjoy summer! 😢
