FB Fit R3 - Day 24 complete!

Welcome to hump day, the day of both nemesis - core and cardio kickboxing in an oppressive heat wave!

You know it's a tortuously challenging workout when the usually dreaded abs exercises are a blessed relief from the cardio kickboxing, lol! πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‚ Nope, still don't like kickboxing at all - it's too much like old school aerobics, requiring far more coordination and dancing than a bull in a china shop can handle! 🀣

Made it through with no mods despite all those kicks not being good for the injury (not clear how to mod those), tomorrow will tell if it was too much.

Started the new EC LB cardio workout with Kelli, then stopped partway into it when the body said to stop. Maybe it could be finished later today?

Today was the least favorite day of Fit R3 due to the long kickboxing with lots and lots and lots of kicks - glad it's done. Here's looking forward to a different style of workout tomorrow, albeit the 1000 calorie workout is still to come. πŸ˜
