FB Fit - Day 22 -

I completed my workout for today.  I had two different workouts to choose from and I decided to do the 40 min workout instead of doing the 42 min workout, because I felt like doing Pilates instead of HIIT along with strength.

Sometimes when you have two different workouts to choose from it can be hard to decided which one that you want to do, but it also depends on how you are feeling that day too. If you can't decided which workout to do then you can listen to your body and see which workout that your body feels like doing. When you can't make your mind up on whatever it is you are doing just listen to a different part of your body and see what it feels like doing.

Because when you listen to your body for a lot of things then it can allow your body or allow you to try new things that you have never done before or never tried. But it just all depends on the situation that you are dealing with and what you are trying to do or what you are trying to make.
