FB Fit R3 β€” Day 23 complete!

Today's UB descending reps workout with Kelli is an old favorite, along with the 15 minute bored easily EC with Kelli that targets different muscle groups or the same differently. The workout flew by faster than usual despite the heatwave making movement feel sluggish.

This program seems to be getting easier as it goes, maybe due to improved fitness or slightly more strength focus or both - which is good since it was a little too HIIT heavy and harder to fit in the longer workouts the first 2 weeks. There's still the 1000 calorie workout ahead though. πŸ€£πŸ˜…

Tomorrow's kickboxing with Daniel should be a challenge both for coordination and from the heatwave...might need to wear frozen workout gear or at least cold shower before and after to beat the heat. πŸ˜
