FB Fit R3 β€” Day 22 complete!

Today's LB strength/HIIT workout with Kelli was a good one. The HIIT was short and sweet (whew!) and the mixture of functional and traditional LB strength training was comprehensive. It feels like we got in a few extra reps here and there, with those counted reps instead of timed intervals, lol! The legs are feeling it already πŸ˜‚

The EC core Pilates workout with Kelli was fun and doable, and turned the LB day into a total body day.

All in all it was a nice way to kick off a week of heat wave.

Looking forward to tomorrow's UB descending reps strength training with Kelli.
