“All in” eating plan/intuitive eating

Have any of you heard of the “All In” way of eating? It’s aimed at addressing extreme hunger. I’m super curious to see if anyone has followed this? I found Stephanie Buttermore’s channel on YouTube and seem to think it’s something I need (after 13 years of yo-yo dieting, disordered eating habits/thoughts, and being hyper focused on food, all the while gaining the most weight).
